When you do business with Summit Snowshoes, your complete satisfaction is guaranteed! 

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please return it as soon as possible under the following conditions:

  • The products must be unused and in their original condition.
  • The products must be returned in the original packing.
  • The products must be returned with a copy of the original sales receipt.
  • Products returned with-in 30 days of order date will be refunded by original payment method excluding the shipping cost.
  • Products returned between 30 days and 90 days from original order date will be subject to a 10% restocking charge and the refund will be in the form of a gift card.
  • The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for any products returned.
  • If we had made a mistake in filling your order or the product is damaged in shipping or is defective, we will pay the shipping cost to return or exchange your purchase.

  • Please give us the reason for your return.
  • We will email you a return label to expedite your return. 
  • Please repack the item in the original box and attach the return label.
  • Ship it back to us at the address mentioned below.

Refunds or gift cards will be issued after the inspection of the returned merchandise in accordance with the above policies and procedures.
